Overview
All sales are final.
Any damaged, misprints, or lost packages must be reported within 45 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund of defective product, you must submit a photo of the damaged product. To complete your return, we require your order number.

Refunds & Exchanges
For a refund or reorder on damaged product, contact us at: hello@yesandamenstudies.com
In your email, please include:
- Order Number
- Photo of damaged product
Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment OR a replacement order will be placed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
We do not accept shipped returns. If you received a defective item, you do not need to return it.
